“The 2003 Château Rayas is a legendary wine from a truly legendary producer. Produced from 100% Grenache, the wine really showcases the pureness of the grape. The wine is lush and elegant with notes of black raspberry and kirsch. This is an incredibly food friendly wine due to its high acid and would be perfect paired alongside lighter meats like pork tenderloin or grilled chicken but would also be wonderful paired with heartier fishes.”
