Cecil Brunell joined the Vertical Detroit Team as Executive Sous Chef in early 2019. He brings with him over a decade of experience in Detroit’s fine dining scene. Cecil’s culinary past began with an education at Oakland Community College’s Culinary Arts Program and led him to positions at esteemed Detroit restaurants including the Detroit Athletic Club and Wolfgang Puck Steak at the MGM Grand Casino, Detroit.
