“This is a beautiful Champagne from small producer, Camille Savès in the Grand cru town of Bouzy. This cuvée is comprised of 60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir, this blend gives the wine its electric mouthfeel and incredible richness. On the nose there are notes of tart cranberry and great acid and minerality on the palate. It pairs perfectly with pork and other light meats, it would be the perfect bottle to share with your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day.”
